Shipping and FAQs

1. How will you ship my order? Orders are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size of your package. 2. When will I receive my order? We strive to ship orders within 72 hours. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays) Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has been sealed and your shipping label has been printed. Delivery time varies and depends on location. 3. How much will I be charged for shipping? Shipping cost is flat rate $10. 4. Can I pick-up my order? Yes, at checkout, choose pick up in-store. Please call us when you arrive if you would prefer us bring your package outside to you. 5. Is gift wrap available? Yes, select "Please gift wrap" at checkout and please specify the occasion in the notes section. If you experience an issue with your order once it’s received, notify us within 72 hours by emailing us at trinitysofathens@gmail.com
